Instafab is one of the Northwest’s premier structural steel fabricators and erectors. We supply and install hundreds of tons of structural steel every year, whether it is a high rise in the Pearl District, a new school at the coast, or the seismic upgrade of a historic building downtown. Instafab gets the job done without compromising safety. We comply with all job site safety protocols, and our Field Superintendent and Project Managers make sure that our Field Foremen have the materials, labor, and information they need to stay on schedule and get the job done right.
Architectural
Instafab produces high-end Architectural metal fabrications in a wide variety of designs, materials, and finishes. We build stairs, handrails, gates, fences, enclosures, balconies, canopies and awnings, trellises and pergolas, and planters and benches. Bring us a design – if it can be built, Instafab can build it and install it.
Industrial
In 1987 Instafab started as an industrial fabricator/installer. Whether it is an overhead conveyor at a local titanium foundry, access catwalks and platforms at a waste-water treatment plant, a multi-story food processing machine at a frozen foods plant, a frame-rail stacker at a heavy truck manufacturer or a heat-treat oven at a well-known airplane parts manufacturing company, we will always get it done – night or day. Our shop currently supports several industrial contractors who are working in mills, fish hatcheries, manufacturing plants and infrastructure projects all over the Northwest. They rely on Instafab’s ability to produce high quality fabrications per specifications and on schedule.
Custom
Instafab knows custom fabrication jobs! Whether we’re building a high-tech office inside a historic bank building, recreating a bronze handrail at a historic 150 year old church, fabricating and installing a memorial to Martin Luther King that welcomes you into a NE Portland neighborhood, or building a beautifully designed rain shelter in a Portland park.
